my flat

i have a one bed flat in penarth south wales ,it is for the over 50s, it is a large flat, well decorated, gas c/heating and electric , there are only 12 flats here, we all have a little garden , it is a council flat, 5 mins from the town and 5 mins from the bus into cardiff, there are lovely parks to sit in and the beach is only 10 mins away , also there is cosmeston lakes, that have lovely walk areas and picnic areas . that is 10 mins away , i am looking for about the same in clevedon or portishead or weston supermare , near bristol.
