2 bed flat (over 50s only) for 1/2 bed London area

I have a 2 bed flat on 5th floor of a standalone block in Bristol. This is an ex-sheltered block and is extremely well kept ...2 lifts always working. Car parking in forecourt or garage available at Extra £8 per week. Laundry room (in with the rent which is £78pw)...caretaker on reception most days. Balcony(see photo) backs onto park (Victory Park). Very easy to get to City Centre (bus 15 mins)...other direction bus (30 mins ) to Bath Centre. Only reason I want to move is to be back up in the South East to be nearer my grandchildren. I do not need an over 50s age restricted place particularly.
