Barnstaple house swap

Barnstaple large 3/4 bed - i need large 2 bed
I have a large 3/4 bed house in very near the town centre.It has a big south facing garden,and patio,decking and 3 sheds. lovely view from back garden. on road parking at front. large kitchen/diner,plus lounge with french doors into garden,and downstairs extra bedroom/playroom/office. 2 large beds,one smaller one. bathroom,plus downstairs toilet. gas c/h and double glazed doors and windows.very quiet road,with good neighbours.local school is 1 minute walk away,and secondary school is 15 mins walk. shops very near,and takeaway,pub,hairdressers and a park. 10 minutes walk to tesco and mc donalds,and 15 into town. Loft is useable and large. newly painted externally ,and roof 5 years old. Too big for us now teenagers have gone!need to be within 5 miles of barnstaple,but will consider further if right property.(need large garden-souh facing please). will email photos if required
