Have 2 bedroom 1st floor flat in purpose built block. 1st bedroom is a large double and 2nd is small but big enough for a double bed. Lounge has 3 windows and a working open fire. Bathroom has been recently refurbished and includes bath with shower. Full gas central heating throughout. There is no garden but communal yard for hanging washing etc. Have 2 sheds, 1 in yard and coal shed next to front door. Very quiet rural area with primary school within walking distance, secondary school a mile away. Supermarkets within 2 miles.
