3 bed semi in Hereford - Wants 3 bed in Aberystwyth

I have a nice 3 bed semi in a small village 4 miles from Hereford. Large enclosed back garden,the front garden is lawned either side of the driveway, large living room/diner with a window to the front and patio doors out to the garden. Nice good size kitchen, with a utility room off from the kitchen(we have it as a computer room) but could be used to have a small dining room, the utility room has a side door leading out to the patio area. Understairs cupboard, 2 double bedrooms and a good side single (would be able to fit a small double bed in), in the biggest room the is a fitted cupboard(ceiling to floor), and a single walk in wardrope, in the nex bedroom there is a double walk in wardrope, and in the smallest room has a fitted cupboard(over the stairs). Seperate tolet and bathroom with shower over bath. smallish landing with airing cupboard. Good neighbours, had no problems here, within a mins walk there is a chilrens park, a enclosed dog area and a football playing field. In the village there is a shop,doctors,chipshop,chinese,primary school,playgroups,parks,church and a scoial club.
