exchange wanted from nice 3 bed semi near Manchester to Isle of Man.Other areas considered

I live in a nice 3 bed spacious semi-detached house in Irlam. with gardens front and back. There is ample parking in front of house, which has a large outhouse built on, with electrics. There is also a good size porch attached to house. Recent council renovations have included, a new roof, brick facing & electrical upgrade, including security lights front and back & smoke detectors.There is plenty of outside space which is low maintenance. The back garden has a court yard feel, with many nice features, including trees, all of which I am prepared to leave for the right property.
The lounge is a good size, with patio doors leading onto the garden. Two bedrooms are a good size, One has built in wardrobes and One is small with built in storage cupboard & new computor work station. (prepared to leave due to time it took to assemble). Kitchen is very nice & also a good size. There is a good size bathroom, with large bath, there is also a downstairs toilet with sink.
There is a good central & water heating system. This is a neighbourhood watch area, I have lived in Irlam for over 20yrs and would now like to go back to my roots as I was born on the Isle of Man. I am also on homeswap & have pics to view.
