3 bed semi in quiet grove, Grimsby n.e. lincs for 3 bed(house, flat etc.) any London areas considered. Large private back garden,great for kids & entertaining etc. metal shed & 10 ft trampoline can be left if needed depending on where we move ?. Small front with parking for 1 car. Looking to move after our wedding in april but could do so sooner if needed. Downstairs....new kitchen 12 x 10 ,toilet off kitchen with storage space next to it (fridge/freezer?) also large walk in cupboard off kitchen. Living room 12x13 not including bay window. Upstairs bedroom 1 13 x 9 not inc alcoves, bedroom 2 10 x 8 not inc alcove, bedroom 3 10 x 6 ½. Bathroom : bath and sink only, 6 x 4 ½, new over bath electric shower. New gsh, boiler etc. Can send pics if required.
