2 Bed Village House wants 3 bed house

Lovely new build house in a small village. Enclosed garden with patio. Off road parking for 2 cars on the drive. Situated in quiet cul-de-sac. Close to shop, school, bus stops, post office. Five minute walk to endless countryside - great for dog walking. All rooms in the house are a good size. Kitchen is large kitchen diner and both bedrooms are double rooms. Power shower fitted. Please note this is a 2 bedroom house so there is not a downstairs toilet. Also, we have storage heaters, not everyone's cup of tea I know, but they are modern and pretty good but please, no more time wasters... Please ask any questions you like.. :-)

Looking for 3 bed house or bungalow preferably in surrounding Northamptonshire villages and towns but other areas considered e.g. Kingsthorpe (Welford Rd; Acre Lane; Obelisk Rise areas) Grange Park, Upton, Mereway and surrounding areas. But, that said, I'm open to ideas so drop me a line - won't take anything less than a 3-bedroom house or bungalow though! No flats or maisonettes, sorry.
