Situated in Cross Houses,a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes from Shrewsbury, yet convenient for Telford. At the end of the road there is petrol/convenience shop/post office and the local village pub is a few minutes walk away. Front garden has driveway that will currently park 3 vehicles, but we did create a division on the driveway when we moved here which could be taken down to park a further vehicle. Decent size rear garden which is enclosed and does not back onto other property. Kitchen to the front, lounge is situated at the back of the property, making the accommodation not only quiet but private too. Lounge leads into back garden through patio doors. The lounge also has a decent size walk-in storage cupboard ideal for coats etc. I am ideally looking for a 3 bed house in the Monkmoor area, and would be interested in doing a multi-swap
