3 bedroom detached nr Carmarthen to Ammanford,Llandeilo,Llandovery areas

3 bedroom detached House (2 years old) in Johnstown near Carmarthen. Has DG,GCH,smoke detectors,electric doorbell, 2 power showers, one over the bath upstairs and one walk in shower downstairs in the wet room. Has bathroom with bath ( plus shower overhead), toilet and washbasin upstairs plus 2 double bedrooms and one boxroom plus large airing cupboard and a smaller linen cupboard. Also has attic space. Downstairs has a living room, kitchen (medium) and a wet room. Front of the house has an open driveway with room for one large car or two smaller ones. The back garden is medium sized, all enclosed with two side gates. You don't have to be disabled to live in this house. We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroomed house/bungalow. If 2 bedroomed then will need an extra room downstairs big enough for a single bed. Older style property with a large enclosed garden would be preferred, drive or offroad parking needed. Rural/semi rural/edge of towns,quiet areas in or near Ammanford,llandovery,Llangadog,Llandeilo. We are unable to move until August 2010 at the earliest. Our house also has a downstairs toilet and washbasin in the wetroom.
