wanting 3anywhere for my 2 bed, great area etc please read

i have a brand new two bed semi up for swaps. this house has double glazing and gch which is supported by solar energy. it also has 2 car spaces. the house has front garden and fenced off back garden with shed. the 1st bedroom is huge and the second room is medium size. the house has bathroom and toilet upstairs with overbath power shower. also has downstairs toilet. the house is situated very close to primary and secondary schools. a park is near by 'norfolk heritage park' which you do not have to cross any roads to get there.
the street is very pleasant and has community spirit.
the reasons for my move is a career change. im wanting to become a foster carer and need an extra bedroom to do so.

im wanting a 3 bedroomed house with back garden. parking space is desirable but not essential. any offers will be considered greatly.
