swap flat for a house in stafford

i live in a two bedroom flat in Stafford town but with a baby on the way its getting a little small. we are looking for a 2/3 bedroom house with a garden in Stafford area, near a school or local bus routes.

the flat is fob key entranceway on the second floor.
two large double bedrooms, bathroom with over bath shower.
open plan kitchen and living room with cooker.

washing and tumble dryer is shared on lower floor.

we really love living here but with a 3yr old and another one we now need a garden and more space
